In the year 2008 finished, very cosy Finca, is situated only approx. 1 km from the historical small town Arta. The finca offers absolute peace and a beautiful panorama view. Innumerable beaches and several golf courses are in the environment and are attainable in few minutes by car. The small town Arta offers good shopping possibilities and many restaurants with international menus.

The main house has a big living-and diningarea, modern completely equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with bathroom en suite. By the terrace with pool is another little building with 1 bedroom and one bathroom.
